Is it possible/safe to use a dry nitrous kit as an "intercooler" for the JRSC?? Right now I have a 98 Integra GSR running 6 psi, but it also has a 55-shot of ZEX dry nitrous that was installed way before the JRSC was. Can I find a low hp nitrous jet (5-10 hp) and use it to cool the intake charge? If so, where can I find such a low hp jet?

ZEX doesn't make any jets that small... although they should. You would either have to fabricate a nozzle/jet system OR buy another complete kit... like a NOS or NX.

sell the nitrous kit to some ricer and just upgrade the pulley and/or buy a WI kit or LHT intercooler.
You will have less tuning hassles witht he nitrous ditched

So I talked to mossperformance, and the tech there said that the nitrous will work fine if the line is installed after the supercharger. They suggested drilling a hole into the JR Intake Manifold. Does anyone have any experience with this or heard of this working? Or does this sound stupid and dangerous? Because the tech said that it will work fine.

OK, regardless of where you install the N2O nozzle, keep in mind ONE thing: Since the ZEX kit will attempt to raise your fuel pressure up when the N20 is activated... and the JR FMU also raises fuel pressure under boost... HOW will you get the necessary fuel to burn the nitrous properly ???
I cannot believe a JR Tech guy said it was OK to use your system... which one was it ???
By the way: IF you were to use a Hondata engine management system (or any other stand-alone system for that matter) with big injectors so that a Rising-rate regulator is not necessary... THEN YOU CAN USE YOUR ZEX SYSTEM !!!

I will never do it unless it's done properly. Be assured of that, I'm not some stupid ricer. I'm just trying to salvage a kit that I invested a lot of money in. Jackson Racing said it would work, I'm very sketchy of that since their techs don't know shit! The guys said that a B18C1 does not have VTEC!!! I just hung up when he said that!
Anyway, RAW's JRSC is installed and it's running beautifully. I'm very impressed with the JR kit and I love it to death. I think what I'm going to have to do with the nitrous is do a full engine buildup. Arias or JE Pistons & Crower rods. I might as well hook up the valvetrain with some stronger valve springs and retainers.
But this is my plan, and tell me what you think:
After the engine buildup, split the nitrous line that is hooked into my intake right now, and plug two lines into the JRSC (one on each side for equal flow). Then put the Hondata in and bigger injectors. That should work right? Or should I just go direct-port or wet nitrous?
I dont want you guys to think that I'm some stupid ricer that doesn't know what he's doing. I'm new to the JRSC and this board...thats it. If you want to see pics of my GSR, go here so that you can see that I drive a pretty clean looking teg----->http://www.hondahookup.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=64439
